What an amazing event. I think no one is able to reach his record for a very long time. To pass 9.70 seconds is almost impossible but Usain crossed that mark comfortably without any tail wind.
Heck, the second man, Richard Thompson of Trinidad and Tobago, crossed the line at 9.89 seconds. That's TWENTY seconds more!
Just how fast is Usain Bolt?
Too fast! You can actually see that he kinda slowed his stride slightly before reaching the line. I bet he can go even faster.
He is gunning to win the 200m in the upcoming event.
Usain Bolt is the first Jamaican to win this Olympic event.
